Form D – preferential duty within ASEAN
Form D, issued under the ATIGA agreement, reduces or removes import duty on goods traded between ASEAN members. Form D is now issued electronically (e-Form D) and exchanged through the ASEAN Single Window. Goodwills supports the application process.
